About FixClaw
The methodology, mission, and editorial standards of the FixClaw project.
FixClaw is a specialized troubleshooting intelligence platform dedicated to the OpenClaw framework. Our mission is to transform fragmented community discussions into structured, actionable engineering solutions.
Our Mission
In the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem, technical documentation often struggles to keep pace with new releases. FixClaw bridges this gap by acting as a high-fidelity bridge between developer pain points and validated fixes.
The OCETI Methodology
FixClaw utilizes the OpenClaw Ecosystem Troubleshooting Intelligence (OCETI) pipeline. This is not just a collection of links, but a rigorous synthesis process:
1. Signal Intelligence
We monitor official repositories, Discord community channels, and GitHub Issue trackers for recurring anomalies and regression patterns.
2. SPF Validation
Every solution on FixClaw is formatted into our signature SPF (Symptom-Principle-Fix) standard:
- Symptom: Precise error logs and observed behavior.
- Principle: The underlying technical cause (why it happens).
- Fix: Verified, copy-pasteable resolution steps.
3. Source Integrity
We maintain a strict policy of “Full Attribution.” Every guide includes direct links to the original community contributors and discussions, ensuring the community members who solve problems get the recognition they deserve.
Institutional Independence
FixClaw is an independent, community-driven resource. We are not affiliated with, authorized, maintained, sponsored, or endorsed by the official OpenClaw development team or its parent entities. Our technical independence ensures our troubleshooting guides remain objective and focused solely on what works for the end-user.
Editorial Standards
To avoid the proliferation of “thin” or “spam” technical content, FixClaw adheres to strict quality benchmarks:
- No Duplicate Content: We do not scrape; we synthesize unique technical explanations.
- Data Privacy & Anonymization: In our synthesis process, we strictly scrub all sensitive information that may appear in original community reports, such as credentials, private IP addresses, and unique system identifiers, ensuring safe and professional reference material.
- Human-in-the-loop: While we utilize specialized Large Language Models as technical synthesis engines within our AI-assisted intelligence pipeline, the final guide structure is human-verified for technical logic.
- Actionable Intelligence: Every post must include a clear path to resolution, not just a description of the problem.
